Deborah and her associates have been incredible since day 1, always very patient with myself and the communication with impeccable, if I ever needed clarification on any matter they were outstanding in explaining in a way I understood. It has taken a long time to sort out my case, it has not been at all straight forward or simple but Eleri has been very professional through out, extremely supportive through the whole drawn out process, has worked so hard on my case and has provided all the information needed to keep me up to date all along.
