My wife and I cannot recommend Kirsty McNulty at Irwin Mitchell highly enough. We needed to stay anonymous due to the sensitive nature of our case, but we wanted to ensure others in a similar situation know what she’s capable of.
We were dealing with a deeply upsetting contentious probate matter. Someone outside our family had taken advantage of vulnerable close relatives at the end of their lives, diverting monies that were rightfully meant for the next generation—including young children. It was a very complex, emotionally charged case, and we felt a touch overwhelmed at times.

I was recommended this firm, and after my details were passed on Emily-Jo replied within a few hours. I managed to have a meeting arranged within one day. The communication was excellent and the process was very easy. Emily-Jo was extremely kind and approachable. She gave me the information I needed during a difficult time (separation with a baby). She outlined all the different options available and let me ask as many questions as I needed. She did not try and pressure me into making a decision straight away.
