I would highly recommend Irwin Mitchell. I came home from a holiday with a stomach parasite, causing severe stomach cramps and illness. I contacted Irwin Mitchell, and from then on, my claim was dealt with very professionally. I couldn't have done this on my own. It was just too much work.
Simon Lomax, who took up my claim, was excellent. He explained everything in simple terms and gathered all the evidence he needed to make a successful claim. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again.

Tom Fletcher and Rebecca Davies are incredible assets to Irwin Mitchell. I was sadly a victim of a sexual assault and asked Irwin Mitchell if they would take on my case.
I was lucky to get Tom who is an expert in abuse law.
Tom and Rebecca handled my claim with expertise and professionalism. They were sensitive to the ordeal I had suffered and mindful about my feelings. Both were trustworthy, approachable and Tom always kept me informed at every stage of the claim explaining things clearly to me.
I am absolutely blown away by the result. This comes from huge amounts of hard work from both Tom and Rebecca who fought so hard for me. It's life changing and more than I ever imagined.

Sarah Kennerley-Fawcett, Senior Associate Solicitor, was wonderful throughout the initial review, discovery stages and viability stages of our mesothelioma compensation claim following my father's passing.

Sarah and her team were extremely supportive, attentive and regularly communicated with us, even if just to let us know of no updates.

This helped to reassure and prepare us for expectant correspondence and likely outcomes. Given the sensitivity and emotional turbulence surrounding a death of a loved one, Sarah and the paralegal team were brilliant.
