Avoid If you have a complex Employment Tribunal Claim

As a British born Muslim. Do have complex Employment Tribunal Claim, Irwin Mitchell were appointed to carry out a full independent merits assessment. Do have legal cover for employment disputes in place via my home insurance. I emailed over more then 600+ pages of factual evidence to illustrate discrimination, and harassment. Was told not all evidence had been reviewed. Without being told, the merits assessment was passed to the third party and key aspects of the claim were completely ignored. Was then told I have much less then 51% chance of success at a Tribunal. When speaking up to call out that key aspects of my claim had been ignored I was simply told to shut up. Had very high expectations of Irwin Mitchell to act in a professional and understanding manner but huge assumptions were made on my claim. Not one phone call or face to meeting ever took place in order to fully understand all aspects of the case between myself and Irwin Mitchel. I already am stressed out and suffering from work related anxiety. Sadly my recent experience with Irwin Mitchell has made my stress levels much worser whereby I passed out and have broken down in tears. If you want to keep your sanity and health in tact strongly suggest you do stay away from this company. Zero levels of humanity and empathy. An insult to hardworking ethical lawyers.

I have been very privileged to have Lindsay and Joseph supporting me on a very difficult journey for the past few years. I have found them both to be nothing but extremely professional with untold knowledge and expertise in there field. Communication is often it's also very clear and concise, they take the time to make sure that I understand everything and that I'm involved in the decisions that will affect me. I have never had to chase for an answer, they are always the first ones to call or email. I feel extremely safe in their hands I feel extremely heard, they make me feel valued as an individual. At times I certainly felt that is process is making me go insane but they have been there every single step of the way and they have never dropped the ball. They recently did a home visit, and I couldn't have been more comfortable in welcoming them both into my home, when they left my partner said you are extremely lucky to not only have such expertise representing you, but the fact that they do it with care and kindness is incredible. No matter what the outcome is of our journey together I know that it would have been done with honesty and integrity. I appreciate you both.
