We had a very positive experience working with our solicitor during the purchase of our first home. Throughout the process, they were consistently responsive, professional, and approachable. They took the time to clearly explain legal terms and conditions in a way that was easy to understand, which gave us confidence at every stage.
Even when circumstances changed and timelines became more demanding, they remained flexible and efficient, handling matters promptly and with great attention to detail. POSSIBLE CRIMINALITY. My mother used the HSBC will writing service and left her will with Irwin Mitchell for safe keeping.
I believe that my mother’s will was in an ex partner’s file until 2001 when I believe it was given a file of its own.
When my mother passed away, myself and the other beneficiaries were victims of crime, that being inheritance fraud although Irwin Mitchell were not involved in this and had no knowledge of it at the time.
Having since been made aware of this situation, Irwin Mitchell for years claimed they couldn’t find anything in my mother’s name yet recently admitted holding a will in my mother’s name in a file created in 2001.
We also now have proof from Irwin Mitchell themselves that they have lied about this matter, we assume to cover it up.
If that 2001 file is my mother’s will which would explain why Irwin Mitchell have lied about it, then certain solicitors at Irwin Mitchell could be themselves committing a criminal offence that being, “Obstructing the Course of Justice” by their inaction.
This is when you know a crime has been committed and know that you hold evidence that would resolve the matter and bring justice to the victims but choose to turn a “blind eye”
It just needs someone to pull that 2001 file from archives and confirm what we believe it to be and this would allay any suspicion of criminality and exonerate all persons completely.
Meanwhile, my late mother continues to lie officially intestate and our inheritance remains firmly in the hands of those who stole it in the first place.

When we decided to move house from North Devon to Northumberland we contacted Nadia Kashani who had acted for us when we moved to North Devon 6 and half years previously and was pleased that she could act for us again. Not only did she know us personally but also had knowledge of the house we were selling.
Nadia and the team at Irwin Mitchell were extremely professional and thorough in our sale and purchase, with a calm and realistic way of handling any problems that arose. We found Nadia to be open with us which is quite refreshing. We would highly recommend Irwin Mitchell and Nadia in particular.

Highly unprofessional and incompetent. Visited Rob Mulvaney at the Newbury branch. He looked as if he had just got in from a night out, very scruffy and tired. The meeting led the same course, as he could barely string a sentence together or answer simple, direct questions. Then proceeded to give loose quotes of 2.5 - 4k, then 5 minutes later to say 3.5 - 5k. Had to wait for a call a week later to confirm it will be 5k. Lost complete confidence and have gone elsewhere for a cheaper instant quote with someone more reliable.

I am reviewing one of Irwin Mitchell's Group companies - Debtguard who they proudly boast are affordable and effective. I have been chasing a small claim for over a year! The amount I have paid them is now more than the initial claim!
They don't actually seem accountable for any service. You can raise a small claims case yourself as they don't actually add anything but a letter template they send out! A manager said today he was happy with the service his team provides but maybe they could have responded quicker. Massive understatement, at 4 months for a response, including what appears to be blocking my phone number and endless 'not at his desk' and 'in a meeting' responses. Still up in the air and apparently it's the bailiffs fault and this is normal. Massive sham of a company.
