I was unsure whether to pursue a claim after my son’s brain injury as I was already completely overwhelmed; but I reached out to Irwin Mitchell and the process began. Sarah Coles was the partner leading the claim and has made an unavoidably difficult situation as easy as possible. Her experience of the clinical negligence world is exceptional. There have been many curve balls along the way and Sarah has supported throughout, in a very personal yet professional manner. She has always advocates for me and my son.

From the very start Thyra was exceptionally helpful in guiding me through all my relevant paperwork in relation to my personal injury claim. Her meticulous preparation of all the documents she provided helped me enormously cut through a lot of legal jargon.
She kept me informed at every stage of my claim either by telephone or email which helped to speed up the whole process of my claim. Her attention to detail in presenting my case was exceptional, something I’m very grateful for. I felt that by the time we got to the end of the process her approach clearly presented a good case as my claim was successful. Her work didn’t stop there Thyra continued to get the best monetary value for my claim .
