Simply awful. Two years having to prompt them at times monthly. Over a property matter. For them to lose our original property deeds. To have a Director be abusive and hang up on me on the phone. To be told again and again that the MD was "in court" and very plainly made clear to us that we're insignificant. Agreed times for calls not kept. Never came up with a clear plan of action. So bad our Household Insurer removed them from their list of chosen firms. Zero faith in their service. Multiple changes of staff (retention appears to be abysmal) didn't help. If anything they took a clear cut case and ruined it, creating more stress and utterly dispassionate and unapologetic to this day for being so.

4 years into a med negligence claim having all my medical records still failed to recognise that there medical expert had completly got the doctor wrong in his write up and analysis of the case and blamed mw for this as of it was my fault, then closed my case down instead of rectifying it leaving me with severe depression and suicidal thoughts and told me to find alternative means of legal support, after 4 years of hell in chasing this company up having to wait for literally months on end for a call back from them to explain the case, they make you feel like you are not important to them at all, so unprofessional and Borderline inhumane is to say the very least, do not waste your time here if you want good results, totally discusting.

This company was appointed by sick holiday to represent me and my family after falling sick on holiday. I'm neither a medical expert, or an expert in law and it seems this collection of solicitors arent either. Two and a half years of slow communication before asking for some strange information right at the death before my cut off date expired.
It seems that medical receipts and documents for treatment of food related illnesses, H&S reports suggesting that the hotel wasn't as clean as it could be amongst other evidence, is overruled by an email from the hotel saying I was treated for sunburn.

I would not trust this company with anything unless you wish to waste your time, money, and effort.

Poor practices, zero courage.

A logic to Law is rather questioning, but after a long journey, i have to say that finding a lawyer who cares and one that feels his cases, seems rare, i would like to thank all at william Graham law for their continuing support , a sense of justice and support over the years, and an ability to make you feel like you can carry on.

DO NOT USE THEM !! This is the worst solicitors i have ever come across in my life,they're rude, arrogant, totally unprofessional and NEVER response to emails or phone calls. This firm has wasted 6 months of my time working on behalf of my insurance company to claim back damages to my house i rented out,only to be told that they have directed my case to another solicitors firm because they have taken it as far as they can, bearing in mind ive got emails saying they have enough evidence to take it to court....awful awful company !!! STAY WELL CLEAR
