am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this law firm. Throughout my case, there was a complete lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability.
My case was repeatedly passed between different case handlers, resulting in confusion, delays, and a lack of continuity. It often appeared that nobody had a full understanding of my case or was taking responsibility for progressing it properly.
Despite numerous attempts to contact the firm by phone and email, my enquiries were frequently ignored or left unanswered for extended periods. I was forced to continually chase for updates and received very little proactive communication regarding the status of my case.
The worst case handler was (Sarah Finner)
The level of neglect and poor client care I experienced became so serious that I felt compelled to involve the Legal Ombudsman. Unfortunately, the firm's handling of my concerns did little to restore confidence, and the issues persisted despite my efforts to seek a resolution.
I entrusted this firm with an important legal matter and expected a professional service. Instead, I experienced poor communication, repeated changes in case handlers, and a lack of attention to my case. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking reliable legal representation.

I reached out to three highly rated solicitors’ firms I found on Google. Two initially responded to gather details for a quote, but neither followed up afterwards. Irwin Mitchell, however, responded promptly and professionally from the outset.
