I could not recommend Irwin Mitchell enough. When dealing with a distressing industrial injury claim Nicola Maier was extremely kind to my elderly mother and acted with utmost professionalism at all times.

She kept us fully informed as the case proceeded and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Nicola went above and beyond, and apart from clearly being very good at her job is a thoroughly lovely person. Her knowledge is excellent, but she adds compassion when dealing with a stressful situation.

As a family we wouldn’t hesitate to turn to Irwin Mitchell and Nicola for any future legal guidance.

My mum started a negligance claim after being wrongly diagnosed & cancer not picked up in time, unfortunately she passed away, but Irwin Mitchell were excellent in helping us to carry on with the case, they were very proffesional, friendly & helpful from the beginning, kept us up to date & informed throughout the process & couldn't have been more helpful, so would like to thank the team especially Emily Lavery for all their help & support

Nicola Maier from Urwin Mitchell (a no win no fee solicitor) helped us with a claim for wrongful death following an asbestosis diagnosis. Nicola was very helpful, compassionate, professional and friendly throughout our claim period. Nicola kept us updated at every stage of the claim by phone and email and gave us clear advice and we were never made to feel pressured into any decisions. As a firm they were totally transparent regarding their fees and how they would be paid. Nicola visited us at our home on several occasions and made sure we understand how the process was progressing and what to expect from the outset. Urwin Mitchell took all the stress out of the case by handling all the legal work on our behalf to a very beneficial conclusion. You never want to need an employment lawyer but when we did, Poppy Ford and Irwin Mitchell delivered.

From my first phone call with Poppy, I was confident that she was the person to take on our case. Her professionalism shone through during the phone call and despite me awaiting phone calls from other firms, I knew that my decision was
set.
Throughout further meetings and phone calls, we built our case and she helped instill some hope while also being realistic about how this process can go.
