From start to finish the service has been impeccable.Regular updates on everything from even the smallest matters.
Stefanie Bramley and her team have been invaluable to us over these past 5 or so years.
At times it was tough but her words of kindness and encouragement to keep going and hold on have been more than just her job and we cannot thank her enough.
I would recommend Irwin Mitchell and Stefanie Bramley to anyone that requires a good legal team.

We recently contacted Irwin Mitchell regarding a highly complex legal matter. Although the firm was ultimately unable to take our case forward, we wanted to leave a review specifically to thank Callum Eyre from the Complex PI team.
Callum handled our enquiry with outstanding professionalism, empathy, and transparency. He took the time to review our situation thoroughly and gave us a very honest, clear explanation. Most importantly, rather than just turning us away, he went out of his way to provide excellent advice and signposted us to a specialist charitable organization that perfectly matches our needs.

when I first spoke to Samantha Burnard my first impression was that she was both reassuring and sympathetic to my case.Having told her my whole story she was veryhelpful in guiding me as to the events and how they would best be presented. Ever since my first meeting with Samantha Burnard she has been a rock that I could depend to act on my behalf.
Eventually my case ended up going to court and it was so well presented that I won my case immediately.
Samantha has always dealt with me in a highly professional and knowledgable fashion.this was really helpful as I am sure that left to my own devices I doubt my case would have even got to court.
I would never hesitate to reccomend Sarah Burnard to anyone should they need her.
