i have called numerous times over the last few weeks (6weeks) for a refund as i am entitled to a refund according to the courts I've called hundreds of times costing me minimum of £100 in calls but i the switch board has been very useless, money is owed to me bit this incompetent company has made my life a living hell have sent numerous messages with no call back or any type of correspondence have complaints raised not received an letter to confirm

If I could leave -10 stars I really would! If you want to be spoken to like something off your the bottom of your shoe then pick up the phone…… Vicci is utterly unprofessional, no people skill what so ever nor telephone manner. “I shouldn’t even be speaking to you” were the words used. If that doesn’t scream I am better than you then I don’t know what does! Avoid using this firm at all costs, you will thank me later.

Waiting 4h41m on the line from no 11 in the queue and nobody answered, is very very bad for a “big” company like yourself.
I paid the fee and after that you send me to court for the reason of “not paid”, great 👍🏼

Never press 0 to leave a message they never call you back and don't expect to have you call answered within the last hour of work time as you stay on hold no matter what caller you are for the full time

For a company so large, communication is absolutely dire. Tried repeatedly to get a simple receipt of payment, promised it on email after multiple attempts - still not received. Awful.
