I just want to say a huge thank you to Sue Flower, Nick and the rest of the team at Mayo Wynne Baxter for a brilliant service selling my house. Your team are extremely professional and knowledgeable and Sue who I dealt was so supportive helping and guiding me through what was needed. Sue made the whole process completely stress free and explained things so clearly and never bombarded me with legal jargon that I did not understand. I would 100% recommend Mayo Wynne Baxter to anyone needing a solicitor. I have used other solicitors in the past that were not good, but Mayo Wynne Baxter I could not fault you in anyway. Thank you so much, if I could give 6 stars I would!

Working on behalf of our buyers Sacha Bolourchi was their solicitor, they were terribly slow, awful communication, and in fact caused the sale to fall through. Nightmare company avoid completely. Advised our buyers that Nationwide don't accept indemnity policies (they do - and supplied multiple documents to them which they didn't even read!), advised our buyers incorrectly multiple times - which ultimately cost them money as their conveyancors, made the chain fall through. Absolutely terrible company - chased so many times and they would never get in touch with the estate agents (both parties) / solicitors / ourselves. If you don't want a successful process, pick this company!!

Our lawyer drew up our partnership document and oversaw its execution politely, professionally, efficiently and all within the pre-work estimated cost. Subsequently on request from our bank a certified copy was promptly provided.

The communications were excellent. We had two properties to sell and to complete on another.
Both Lisa & Hayley pushed the other side, for information, and we managed to get the purchase completed before the 1st April Stamp Duty hike.
100% recommend MWB.
