This review is specifically for Raza Ali and the services and commitment he provided during our recent house purchase we are unable to endorse Shakespeare Martineau Management at the same level as Raza Ali.
Our purchase was part of an existing Legal & Conveyancing issue for over 12 months when our offer was accepted. During the next 6 months we became part of the ongoing issues, during this time Raza Ali was meticulous in his work during the conveyancing phase which was absolutley required in such a difficult purchase. Also during the final 2 weeks before exchange Raza Ali was a critical driver in making sure the completion was achieved on schedule, there were so many legal moving parts in the purchase and without the dedication and professionalism and customer communication skills we would not now have our beautiful home - Thank You Raza

I recently purchased my first flat and was assisted by Raza Ali from the Nottingham Branch. All I can say is WOW. Raza was kind, supportive and incredibly detailed in his approach with me from beginning to end. He was always available whenever I had concerns or questions and supported me through the biggest purchase of my life so far. Raza made me feel very comfortable and confident in myself and reassured me through every step. I was thrilled with the process and Raza’s ability to deliver a quick turn around. People said that buying your first home can be one of the most stressful things to do in life. Today I finally completed on my purchase and I can honestly say that this has been the most pleasant experience that I could have asked for.

Raza Ali has been fantastic to work with over the last few months, professional, responsive and honest. We were always kept up to date and knew exactly what was happening with every step of the process. While we did have some unforeseen issues with the Seller, Raza navigated this with ease and I couldn't be happier with the result.
