I am really impressed by the service we received from Angela and Georgina during our recent house sale and purchase. Every step of the way we had clear information and updates. They took a realistic approach to a property that was not straight forward to purchase, but made sure we were clear on risk and obligations. They worked closely with the estate agents and solicitors within the chain to ensure everyone was on the same page. I highly recommend their services.

We have used Mayo Wynne Baxter solicitors twice now for house buying & selling & their service has been excellent on both occasions,
They make the whole process of property buying & selling seamless & are extremely efficient & professional.
Definitely recommend them for conveyancing.

The service was excellent. Previously any solicitor we have used have almost actively avoided speaking to us or answering emails. Mayo Wynne Baxter were the opposite, they would reply very quickly and always answer the phone. They were very helpful, and importantly they kept things clear and in general terms..
