I together with my co excutor ( on my recommendations) chose Shakespeare Martineau to complete our duties as executors. This was nearly 3.5 years ago and the frustrations keep mounting. I believe our case has been neglected of time, mismanaged in its totality and still no sign of any commitment. If you are thinking of instructing Shakespeare Martineau please consider your actions.

Contacting this company via phone and email is a nightmare. Multiple emails ignored and sat on hold for 30 minutes to make it to position 1 in the que to be hung up on. Once they finally respond to you they ignore all the questions you've asked so might as well not have bothered to reply. Awful company!

I’ve had a threatening letter from Shakespeare Martineau regarding a ‘debt’ that has been paid. I have phoned the number on the letter but this was not answered, I left a message but they have not replied. I have contacted an alternative office who couldn’t help but said they would look into it, but still no response. This is a company with very poor customer service and should be avoided.

Harv has just don't the conveyancing for me buying a house and I can honestly say it was the smoothest and most efficient process. She always kept me very updated and answered any questions I had so quickly.

I like how I had written a review a few months ago, and this has been deleted. Obviously the review must be true that has made the company delete it. My experience here was terrible. The facilities team in Leicester do not make you feel very comfortable and are very unfriendly. They talk behind your back even being grown ups. They are willing not to teach you anything besides throwing card boxes outside and standing in a post room all day. The reason why I left the company is because of 3 members of staff in the Facilities office In Leicester. I've never seen people as childish and love gossiping on a daily basis.
