Clive and Denise at Bate & Albon in Cooksbridge have been superb throughout my buying and selling journey. I highly recommend them.
My case proved to be more complex and challenging than we had hoped. However, Clive was so professional and reassuring from start to finish. I recently used Bate & Albon in Lewes for a flat sale and house purchase, and I can recommend them very highly. I had several solicitors / conveyancers to choose from initially but went with them after an initial call with Lynda. She sounded the most competent and professional, but also like a nice person to deal with. She was all those things throughout the process, and very efficient - dealing with my questions and the property-related concerns.
The other members of the team were just as helpful.
And they have spaniels in the office.
I hope to not be moving for some time, but if I did, I'd definitely use them again and have recommended them to friends.

Clive, Denise and Jill were such an incredible team for the sale of my flat and the purchase of our house.
