I was recommended this firm, and after my details were passed on Emily-Jo replied within a few hours. I managed to have a meeting arranged within one day. The communication was excellent and the process was very easy. Emily-Jo was extremely kind and approachable. She gave me the information I needed during a difficult time (separation with a baby). She outlined all the different options available and let me ask as many questions as I needed. She did not try and pressure me into making a decision straight away. I was really impressed and will definitely be keeping this firm bookmarked for any needs in the future.

I had a really positive experience with James Blower. Even though I wasn’t formally a client of his firm, he still took the time to offer advice and guidance on my claim, which was incredibly helpful.

He genuinely went above and beyond to explain everything clearly and made what felt like a complicated and stressful situation much easier to understand and navigate. His advice gave me the confidence to handle things properly and ultimately helped me achieve a much better outcome than I would have on my own.

I’m extremely grateful for his time, support and professionalism, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. I would definitely instruct James as solicitor should i need one in the future.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Irwin Mitchell from the outset of my claim through to its successful conclusion. Throughout the entire process, I was kept consistently well informed, with all information communicated clearly, accurately, and in a way that was easy to understand. This greatly helped to reassure me at every stage.

Any questions I had were addressed promptly and thoroughly, and I was made to feel at ease throughout what could otherwise have been a stressful experience. Victoria at Irwin Mitchell is absolutely wonderful. She takes the time to listen and consider everything. She is very empathetic and passionate about what she does and a true subject matter expert in AFCS claims. She is respectful and sympathetic when considering ideas and viewpoints and takes the time to explain properly and ensure you understand fully the options. I cannot recommend Victoria highly enough. If you need help with the AFCS don’t hesitate- these people really know what they are doing and do it with care.
