I cannot thank (Thompsons Solicitors) enough for the support, professionalism, and commitment they showed throughout my employment tribunal case. From the beginning, they listened to me properly, understood the seriousness of what I had experienced, and gave me confidence that my voice mattered.
Their preparation, advice, and hard work throughout the process were outstanding. At every stage, I felt supported and fully represented. Most importantly, they believed in the strength of the evidence and in what I was putting forward, even during a very difficult and stressful time.

I contacted the solicitors seeking some advice and if I needed legal representation. I was greeted with a very unfriendly person on the phone who immediately told me they wouldn’t help. When I asked her to explain why, as it was a clear negligence case she wouldn’t elaborate.
Extremely unhelpful and I certainly wasn’t expecting such an unprofessional manner to answer the phone After a traumatic experience I’ve had.
I think, if I had the opportunity to have spoken to a solicitor, the outcome would’ve been very different, I clearly wasn’t speaking with somebody who was understanding what I was saying.

Excellent service and truly lovely staff. I visited to have some documents certified without an appointment, and the team was very helpful and patient. I was able to leave the same day with my documents completed. I also needed to follow up afterward, and the staff assisted me promptly.
