Following an almost fatal RTI caused by a drunk driver, I had support from the team in managing my injury claim, specifically Ashling who was very helpful, knowledgeable and took a compassionate caring approach to the whole process, she has extensive knowledge and understanding of the impact and how to negotiate a fair outcome. I would strongly recommend Thompsons to anyone looking for help in personal injury claims

Jumping through hoops, being passed from pillar to post, straight to answer machines, demanded letter of administration for my late husband. Paid £300 for a sheet of paper sent it over and still no response 10 days later. Always on sick leave or holiday. Can’t get to speak to anyone, so unprofessional really. Could do without it as a grieving widow!! Solicitor named Carly Bailey, shocking service.
