I can't recommend Thompsons solicitors highly enough. From day one Trevor Hall and his team at Thompsons Solicitors made the whole process extremely easy and exceeded my expectations in every way. Their team was incredibly professional, transparent, and responsive throughout my personal injury claim. They genuinely went above and beyond to ensure I felt supported and informed, making the entire process stressfree and smooth.

Thompsons and in particular Gill Connelly have been amazing, It is difficult to find the words to describe how professional they have been. Again absolutely Amazing company and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future.

Throughout the duration of my claim I have been supported brilliantly by a member of the team Mary Frost; she has helped me to understand everything so clearly and assisted me with absolutely anything I could have needed. She has been patient with me when I have been feeling confused or not been able to understand pieces of information & she has definitely made this process feel so much easier for me whilst supporting me with the utmost respect and dignity. I appreciate all the of help that I have received so much and know that my recovery has been made so much easier with all of Mary’s support. Thank you so much Mary! Caroline at Thompsons has been dealing with a large claim for me over a long period. She is very skilled and was able to come alongside me during this very anxious time, constantly reassuring and guiding me through a very complex situation. The opponents were difficult and litigious, wanting proof from experts at every stage. Caroline provided super experts to assess the situation and help our case. Also engaging a very good Barrister for specialist advice.
I truly would not have been able to see this case through without the support Caroline has given me. The result was very good, beyond my expectation. I am now able to continue with my life in a much better situation, mentally and financially

Trevor Hall dealt with my case and was brilliant from start to finish. He kept me up to date at every stage, and he made it easy for me to understand what was going on. I was suffering greatly from the effects of my accident, but the support from Trevor and his team was excellent. The specialist help and advice I was given was amazing. It helped put me at ease and get my life back on track.
