From the very beginning, Jazmeer was professional, patient, and incredibly supportive. She always took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood my options at every stage of the process. I was advised to contact Thompsons when my dad's death was recorded as mesothelioma and I had decided to pursue a claim on his behalf.
I initially received contact from Nick Seymour which was both professional and empathetic, detailing the process in a clear and concise manner and attaching the necessary forms for completion.
A home visit followed where we went through my dad's history discussing his work and life and subsequent medical issues. I very much appreciated this home visit as it made it much easier being in a familiar environment, for me to recall the necessary information that Nick needed.
Throughout this lengthy and emotionally difficult time for me, Nick has been extremely knowledgeable, patient, understanding and supportive and always available for contact either by phone or email.
