I spoke to Linda both yesterday and today and she was patient, professional, caring and thoughtful. We ended our conversation yesterday as I had become upset, she was empathetic to my situation and offered to call me back today.
She took me through everything slowly and carefully ensuring that all details were correct and nothing had been missed. She also explained everything clearly and gave me the opportunity to ask questions.

Wow...... incredible from the team at Thompsons.
I looked for help after a bike accident resulting in time off work and damages. On the first call I was asked if I was in or part of a Union, Luckily I am, Thankyou to the RMT.
Karina did all the hard work on this claim so massive Thankyou to her..... setting up medical appointments/assessments, physiotherapy, and seeking out anything else needed to provide stronger evidence.
Although the defendant dragged their heels everything was eventually sorted and settled thanks to Olivia.
