A pretty typical conveyancing experience unfortunately. They didn't cause any major issues with my sale but as per my experience with most conveyancing solicitors has been they had a lack of attention to detail and required constant chasing to achieve anything.

For example despite being told I had agreed a new sale price with the buyer three times already they still put the wrong amount on the final sale contract that I had to correct at point of signing. They also seem to be unwilling to embrace technology requiring me to make a costly visit to their offices just to sign things that could have been done remotely.

Still I am giving them 4 stars because they were friendly and got my sale completed in the end, and as I mention my standards for conveyancing solicitors are pretty low from past experience so the fact they didn't actively delay or de-rail the sale is the best I can say of any solicitor it seems!

We received truly first-class service from Deepa throughout our land purchase. Communication was excellent at every stage; clear, timely, and reassuring, which made the entire process feel seamless and well managed. Deepa was professional yet friendly, and most importantly, exceptionally efficient.
