Very good service! We needed something doing quickly for our new house and the solicitors were fantastic and helped us get it all done in time.

Absolutely dreadful service. We needed some paperwork signing and witnessing of signatures so we called to see if this could be done. The person who answered the phone didnt know so put me on hold and then transferred me to someone else. We was told this was able to be done so we booked an appointment for a Monday. On the Friday I called to double check the time and nobody knew what I was talking about and the appointment wasnt booked in. We was reassured theyd look into it by sending emails and would call me back. We did not get that call back and had to call up ourselves to check to be told on the initial phone call I was transferred to Mansfield branch. This was not mentioned to us and we did not request to go to a Mansfield branch. After calling both Mansfield branches we was not booked in either of them. We then find out from one of them that Sutton-in-Ashfield actually transferred us to a Nottingham branch! There was no way we could get to Nottingham on such short notice and this was absolutely ridiculous of them to even do and unnecessary. Nottingham emailed Sutton-in-Ashfield to call me to clear the mess up and book an appointment which has not been done so we had to go elsewhere. Definitely won't be using Hopkins again.

What we approached with concern ultimately proved to be a smooth and reassuring experience. Ryan Pemberton looked after us well and explained everything to us in detail. It was a pleasure having him as our solicitor.

I highly recommend Ruth and the team at the Kirkby-in-Ashfield office. I was looked after from the beginning of the process for selling my property to the end.
