This company sometimes takes over a week to reply to emails and then don’t respond to specific questions asked. Long story short my car was parked outside my house and Tesco delivery driver reversed into it The company Tesco use to sort out repairs Sopp and Sopp were poor. They gave me a courtesy car initially and then took it off me for couple of weeks before giving me another one. I complained about this and tesco use this legal company to deal with complaint. They were as bad as Sopp and Sopp. You can’t speak to anyone always goes to voicemail and they don’t respond appropriately to emails. Had to settle in the end for minimum compensation just to get over and done with. Ended up being out of pocket for something that was not my fault. Very poor company would stay clear.
