I had an offer made to me in September. I accepted and sent my bank details. Since then I have emailed and tried to speak to someone over a dozen times but nobody ever replies. I have tried the complaints department but had no reply from them either. The main desk always say they will get someone to ring me as a matter of urgency but they never do. There has been no reason given for the delay. It'll have to be the ombudsman next.
