Wis i could put 0 stars. Lack communication skills severely. They do not answer the phone at all. Response time 1 year. I wish it wasn't through my insurance company i have to deal with these lot otherwise i would go elsewhere. Terrible. Avoid them if you can. They stress you out more then actually being of any legal help.

This company are an absolute disgrace. Not even worth one star. Their claims handler, Umar Saeed, is both extremely rude and extremely ignorant. He couldn't be bothered to read my letter correctly and then told a blatant lie to justify refusing to authorise repairs to my car when it had been reversed into by a Booker delivery truck. No response to emails or telephone calls makes him rude and failing to read documents correctly, and then coming up with a ridiculous excuse as to why the Booker truck couldn't have been responsible, makes him ignorant. To cap it all, he said the truck's tracker showed the truck was nowhere near my house on the day of the incident. A blatant lie - I SAW the truck reversing along the private road where my car was parked.
