DAC BEACHCROFT CLAIMS LIMITED

Terrible firm, very unprofessional and hope never to have to deal with them again.

We engaged Partner Andrew Morgan at DAC Beachcroft to help us gain retrospect planning consent for our house design after the local planning authority at Waltham Forest kept knocking back our applications.

But after paying a lot of money to DAC Beachcroft and having little to show for it, we engaged another planning professional at another organisation who eventually helped us do a successful Appeal, gaining us planning consent.

We complained to Andrew Morgan DAC Beachcroft about the poor level of service we thought we'd received and asked for some money back. Andrew vehemently denied there was anything lacking in his service to us which forced us to go to Richard Chatterton, who leads the firm's complaints process.

But making a complaint was as frustrating as dealing with its Legal Team: I got no response initially and I had to keep pushing with several emails to get any answer from Richard Chatterton. Eventually after reviewing our complaint, he also disagreed with our stance so we went to The Legal Ombudsman.

The Investigator at the Legal Ombudsman Aaron Rath considered the case and found in our favour, asking DAC Beachcroft to refund us some money.

I emailed Richard with our bank account details to which to transfer the refund, but he didn't have the grace to email me back to apologise for the poor service we received, or even to acknowledge receipt of my email or confirm payment to our account.

We do not recommend using DAC Beachcroft's services. We found the team to be arrogant, unhelpful and unprofessional.

I am writing this review to express me gratitude for Yasmin who is based out of the Birmingham office. The support i have had over my court case for the last three years is second to none i have dealt with many solicitors and these people make them look like apprentices! I would highly recommend Yasmin.

PS Yasmin thanks for everything and making it possible for me to move on with my life.
