Have been using Thompson's solicitors to deal with a personal injury claim for an accident that occured while at work which has been ongoing for over 4 years.The initial stage of formally setting up the claim was easy enough with good support to guaid you through that first process. As time goes on I did begin to get a little frustrated at the time it all takes but I do also understand that claims can't be settled until a period of time has passed inorder to get a good and final understanding of any long lasting effects of the accident. Thompsons sent me to various specialist appointments which definitely made me feel confident that they were trying their best to fully understand my accident and injury's. The experts wrote lengthy reports gathering evidence and giving their options on recovery and lasting damage.
There were certain periods of time throughout the last 4 years that I didn't hear anything regarding my claim for some time which did worry me slightly but then I was assigned a lawyer called Tracy Datta.
Tracy sent over a formal email to introduce herself as the person now taking charge of handling my claim with contact details. To speak to via telephone Tracy was very professional yet really easy to speak to and took the time to explain things fully and in a way that a regular member of the public would understand while also taking the time to listen fully to any questions or concerns.
What really did impress me with having Tracy Datta as my lawyer was that she always responded to emails or calls. Previous lawyers on occasions didn't always respond were has Tracy always replied within a short period of time and even would email every now and then just to touch base even if nothing regarding the claim had changed or progressed since we last emailed or spoke. This was great and so reassuring to know that she's there, looking after the claim and keeping and eye on any developments while keeping me posted at all times.

Recently Tracy has managed to get a settlement for my claim which I really am greatful for.
All the staff I had dealings with at Thompsons have been great but Tracy really stood out for having such good communication and explaining things in easy to understand terms.
