I've been calling various personal injury firms on my mother-in-law's behalf. No-one else has flagged this as an issue - she's recovering from a severe injury and has no legal training (whereas I do). Thompson so far is the only firm that outright declined to speak to me, and worse yet, the lady I spoke to provided 0 justification when I pressed her on it. Would not recommend.

Following a serious work injury Unite union introduced me to Thompson solicitors. The Thompson team especially Kam Singh have been exceptional in supporting me with my claim. Kam’s knowledge, professionalism and compassionate reassuring nature has helped and guided me through what has been a very long and difficult process. I am very grateful to both Kam and the team at Thompsons for their time and dedication to my claim, which resulted in a very satisfactory outcome.

Kept me informed throughout my personal injury claim, with good explanations of the process. These processes are naturally stressful but my solicitor Jeeva Sethu, was really understanding and supportive, ultimately resolving my claim with an excellent outcome.

Had a very positive experience with Thompsons, felt as if I was looked after and guided through a process which were it not for my Solictor Kam Singh, could of been significantly more difficult for myself. I found Thompsons to be a caring understanding and patient firm, and am grateful for their work.

So far my experience has not been very good. Communication is very poor. I send emails and even use the portal provided. I've only ever recieved 2 emails from them in 15 months. Not really what I was expecting. When they do answer they bite your head off like it's a problem to find out what's going on?
Not really the professionalism I was expecting. Feel like I'm stuck now.
