I have just completed on the sale of my late Mum's house and Davisons Law made, what could have been a very stressful time, a very smooth process. Great service from all three of our contacts at Davisons Law, initially with lovely Caitlin (so welcoming and helpful) and then with our main contact Savanna, who was charming, professional and informative, emailing us frequently with updates and calling when the process involved further explanation or the personal touch. A big thank you to Nav also, who dealt with a couple of the more complex queries and was the person to tell us the sale had completed which was a special moment! Twelve weeks from start to finish thanks to all three of this Dream Team! Will definitely be recommending you.

We used Davisons Law as my parents were moving to an Extracare Retirement Village and they were recommended. They handled both the sale of their property and the purchase of the retirement village apartment. The purchase went through very easily and on time and we were kept informed at each stage. The sale happened later and due to our buyer's conveyancer not doing their job properly became a little more problematic. However I have nothing but praise for Justine Matthews and Aan who handled this. They kept us informed and were always contactable and explained everything clearly to us. I felt they had our best interests at all times and due to Justine's experience and expertise we were finally able to complete the sale by trusting their judgement and actions. Even though our sale probably meant a lot more work for them they honoured the original quote which was extremely pleasing. The whole process of the sale and purchase meant my parents were able to move stress free which meant a lot. Thanks again to Justine and Aan.
