Davisons were very good in handling the purchase of a property. I had to pull my offer on one property due to the seller being totally unresponsive and this was swiftly taken care of by the team when I informed them of the new property I intended to purchase.

My case was mostly handled my Monique, who was pretty much always responsive on her direct dial and would respond to emails within the same working day, if not the next. I hear a lot about how solicitors are difficult to get hold of but this really wasn’t my experience. She was also very personable and friendly to talk to. Searches were done very quickly. All in all very smooth and the final bill was fair in price. I’m really happy I chose Davisons to handle the purchase of my first home and would totally recommend them to anyone
