I received excellent service from Gus and the team at Davisons Law Solihull.
Gus was professional, responsive and kept me informed throughout the process. When my bank changed its requirements, he promptly prepared the additional documentation, arranged for it to be signed by a regulated solicitor, and quickly resolved a minor amendment to ensure everything was in order.

I just wanted to also say thank you to Abby from Davidsons for the way you have dealt with the sale. Abby been very responsive, easy to deal with and kept me informed on what was happening. She also pushed the buyers solicitors to complete likely a few weeks faster than if it had been left to them.
Selling a house in the UK can be very slow but we have completed the sale in as quick a time as could be done here I think.

Having used other branches of Davisons for our previous house moves due to living in different areas at the time, and being extremely happy with their service, it was an obvious choice for us to use our local Solihull branch for both our sale and purchase.
We dealt with Gemma, Harpreet, Sally and Jessica, who were all professional, efficient, and fantastic throughout.
We experienced a particularly stressful time with our buyers and our onward property chain breaking down. Davisons, and in particular Gemma, were absolutely amazing in supporting and guiding us through this process when we had to go back to the start and relist our property.
When we later found an onward property we really wanted to secure, Gemma went above and beyond to help us move quickly and secure the property of our dreams. We are genuinely very grateful for all her help.
