The solicitor we had was just the worst we have come across. Ms Brownlow was horrible and unprofessional. We could never get the through or our calls were returned days later.

DAC Beachcroft do not answer my
Solicitor’s calls. One of their clients lost a personal injury claim and were ordered by the court to pay up two weeks ago. Not only have we not received any payment but they are also completely ignoring us. We have no applied for interested plus late fees.

No communication no return of messages left on voice mail so why have a voice mail, no reply to emails. We may not be direct clients so service does not seem to matter at all. It's the client that pays the price for poor service at the end of the day.
