Used Chattertons at Boston for the sale and purchase of mums houses to facilitate her move from Lincolnshire to Norfolk. Christian Green was absolutely fantastic all the way through, keeping us up-to-date on proceedings and helping get everything done as quickly as possible. Communication was excellent, couldn't recommend Christian and the team highly enough and wouldn't hesitate using him again.

Would never use again, Solicitor ok, aftercare/process team terrible. Settlement agreed with legal ombudsman over process issues, lots of silly reasons why Chattertons would not pay. (Refused to pay because I did not want to give them a copy of my bank statement, then because they did not have bank details even though I had given them). In the end they never paid and I gave up chasing.

Recently sold my late father's bungalow, instructing Chatterton's to act on my behalf. Everything about them was top notch. Tracey, who handled the account, was very professional and tied things together very efficiently, ensuring there were no issues in us all meeting the planned completion date. The price was competitive too and I would highly recommend. Thank you for contributing towards a relaxing Christmas.

We used Chattertons twice this year for selling and purchasing a parents and then our own home.
The process both times was dealt with promptly and professionally. Communication via email was efficient and we never felt that we needed to chase for any information. Katherine and her team were all very friendly and even being able to drop documents off at a nearer office, where necessary, made the whole process so much easier.
We would definitely recommend and use Chattertons again. Thank you
