We used Chattertons for the conveyancing for both selling our previous home and buying our new home. Sophie provided us with an excellent professional service. I have just used the conveyancing side of Chattertons as I'm already using the probate part of them so thought it would make sense to keep everything under one roof so to speak. Rosie Watson was my conveyancing solicitor and was excellent. She dealt with everything and made it less stressful even though the buyers solicitor didn't appear to be very competent and the buyers were awkward. It was a relief to finally exchange and complete which both happened on the same day. Things would have been a lot better if the estate agent didn't keep putting pressure on me but that wasn't anything that Rosie could have prevented. I highly recommend Chattertons and would definitely use them again. Thank you for everything
