We used Chattertons for the conveyancing for both selling our previous home and buying our new home. Sophie provided us with an excellent professional service. The communication was quick, efficient and accurate. Sophie's attention to detail was excellent and reassuring. The sale and purchase went through without any issues and we were extremely pleased with the service Sophie and Chatterton's provided. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use Chatterton's again in the future. Sophie was an absolute pleasure to deal with!

We had Abi taking care of the conveyancing for the sale and purchase of our properties. She was very professional, responsive and detailed, especially towards the end, when we were up against it to get everything over the line. She went over and above. Thanks!

I have just used the conveyancing side of Chattertons as I'm already using the probate part of them so thought it would make sense to keep everything under one roof so to speak. Rosie Watson was my conveyancing solicitor and was excellent. She dealt with everything and made it less stressful even though the buyers solicitor didn't appear to be very competent and the buyers were awkward. It was a relief to finally exchange and complete which both happened on the same day. Things would have been a lot better if the estate agent didn't keep putting pressure on me but that wasn't anything that Rosie could have prevented. I highly recommend Chattertons and would definitely use them again. Thank you for everything
