Double & Megson were used in the sale of a family members property. Unfortunately, the delays caused by the solicitor contacting the wrong people and poor/lack of communication and urgency have caused the sale to nearly fall through. The property “sold” in September 2024 with both parties ready to complete from January/February. It is now April 2025. We won’t know if the sale has now fallen through until next week. Very poor service and no accountability held for the delays caused

Just sold my home via Auction at end of March. Sev Singh who was recommended to me, undertook the conveyancing which took 28 days to complete as he specialises in Auction sales. Excellent service throughout considering how quick everything took. He called me when he needed formation and kept me up to date all the way. I have sold quite a few properties in the past but this was the most smooth and hassle free yet. Sev is a most professional Solicitor and nothing was too much trouble for him. I highly recommend Double and Megson and will definitely be using them in the future. Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming when I first called into the Bourne office to introduce myself which was lovely.
