Our solicitor Ben was excellent. Our case was very sensitive and emotional and he was very compassionate and kind throughout. I had never used a solicitor before so I felt pretty clueless to start with but Ben explained everything very clearly and I also felt comfortable to ask him if there was anything I didn't understand.
