Thoroughly disappointed with the probate department of this firm. My sister needed an urgent hospital visit to update her will and despite explaining the situation of her condition, they could not be bothered to visit the hospital. Offered an appointment one month ahead which was useless. Another solicitor came to the hospital and executed the will within 24 hours, so it can be done but this firm could not be bothered to show any compasion at all..
