We have dealt with Riky from Chattertons for several property sales & purchases. I only have good things to say about him. I’ve never known anybody to reply to emails so quickly, he is always on the ball and puts most of us to shame by being 100 steps ahead!
Riky is super efficient, very informative and gets the job done. I would never use anyone else, he came highly recommended to myself and I’ve gone on to do the same. Top guy. Keep up the fantastic work Riky 👍🏼

Would never use again, Solicitor ok, aftercare/process team terrible. Settlement agreed with legal ombudsman over process issues, lots of silly reasons why Chattertons would not pay. (Refused to pay because I did not want to give them a copy of my bank statement, then because they did not have bank details even though I had given them). In the end they never paid and I gave up chasing.

We recently purchased our first house through Chattertons. We had Riky Patel help us and I know he is busy with other stuff but every time I had a question he would reply to me straight away with answers. We are extremely happy with the service provided and would definitely reccomend. The whole process felt like it went pretty quick and smoothly. Thank you Riky. :)
