I was going through a voluntary redundancy programme at work. I contacted Chattertons to get support with my settlement agreement. From the outset they were first class. First of all Emily Hampson was a great help getting everything moving quickly and setting up a call with Ruqaya. Ruqaya went through the settlement agreement in a lot of detail. She explained it "In layman's terms" which meant I understood fully what I was signing up for.
There has been a very quick turnaround time and they have always got back to me promptly and efficiently. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks

I used the company to deal with a settlement agreement. Having not done this before I was quite apprehensive but both Ruqaya and Emily were extremely helpful, patient, friendly and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs legal advice.
