Abby dealt with a personal matter on my behalf over the last 12 months. Her communication is excellent, she was at the end of the phone anytime I needed her, even calling me out of hours on a Friday evening. I cannot recommend her highly enough and would not hesitate to go back to her for any legal matters in the future.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and courtesy. I contacted the firm and was told I would receive a callback, which never happened. When I followed up politely, I was met with a rude and dismissive tone from Louise Dennis.
Rather than addressing the issue or offering any sort of constructive support, I was told to “feel free to instruct other solicitors” — not exactly the level of service or respect you’d expect from a legal professional.
If this is how they handle simple communication, I would be very concerned about how they manage actual legal matters. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience.

Had a pleasant experience with maples. Donna dealt with our house sale and buying process and everything was very smooth with no issues. Everything went through very quickly. Would highly recommend and a personal thankyou to Donna for all her hard work ❤️
