I contacted KJSmith Solicitors for advice on a family injunction matter, and from the very first call they were excellent. They were clear, reassuring and genuinely easy to talk to about a difficult and sensitive situation. They explained the process, likely costs, and next steps in plain language with no jargon, so I always knew where I stood. Follow-up was quick and they clearly took the time to make sure I understood everything before moving forward. Tanya Patel has been very professional while also being very helpful and caring.
At my initial consultation she explained all the steps that I could take to help to solve my situation, but also explained what might not be so worthwhile or cost effective.
She always responds quickly to e-mails and offers very good advice.
I would highly recommend Tanya to anybody looking for a family law solicitor

I had a really excellent consultation with Tanya Patel, and felt immediately at ease whilst discussing an emotionally difficult topic. I very much appreciated the time I was given, as Tanya listened to my story and then offered informative legal advice about the way to proceed.
