Sophie Turrell was professional, sympathetic, empathetic and generally the most helpful solicitor i have had the pleasure to work with. we had an initial conversation and set out realistic expectations, budget and level of support. Sophie, as busy as she must have been, always made sure she replied in a timely manner. when i was unable to reach Sophie, i left a message and Sophie always returned my call once she was available.
