Used Jane Longworth for my divorce.
She was exceptional. My ex used a 'cheaper' solicitor..who was absolutely useless. Without Jane, the process would still be continuing.

I have worked with Jane Longworth for many years and I have now worked with Jessica Young. Jane has a massive amount of legal knowledge and experience, solid judgment and her case management is superb and very effective. Jessica is at the early stages of her career but she has already shown herself to be extremely determined, tenacious, diligent and intelligent. She will, without doubt, achieve a very successful practice in the law. Both work extremely hard for their clients: they are able to be empathetic and understanding when clients face the awful challenges of disputes and litigation but with a firm focus and grip on the real issues and the legal considerations to ensure the best outcome that can be achieved for their clients.

Arabella was extremely understanding from the first moment I met her. I didn’t know much about divorce but her knowledge and guidance meant I felt I could trust a legal professional (as opposed to my previous experiences).
The combination of her knowledge and human touch made the whole process more bearable with an outcome I wished to achieve.
I felt confident to recommend her to a friend and I was pleased to hear she also chose Arabella and her team.
I really appreciate the fact that from the very first moment Arabella gave me equal opportunities and respected my achievements as a foreign national. This is something that defines her both as a legal professional and as a human being.
Without her navigation my divorce would’ve had a very different outcome.

Arabella Turner at KJ Smith Winchester along with Jessica and and others were excellent at guiding & helping me navigate an extremely difficult divorce process over approx 10-12 months... Arabella is highly experienced, very well connected and delivered on all fronts with her extensive knowledge, professionalism, empathy and importantly in my outcome - certainly this all exceeded my expectation.
