Absolutely incompetent.
Divorce is already incredibly stressful, but KJS made this much worse. Error after error, and by way of an apology a £100 credit which is useless as I will never use them again.

I can’t recommend Kulbir Rahi and her team at the Ascot office highly enough. I am going through a complex international divorce, and from the outset Kulbir brings a real sense of calm, structure, and clarity to what can feel like an increasingly overwhelming process.
She is extremely attentive and genuinely listens, taking everything on board before giving clear, considered advice. She has a deep and thorough understanding of the law, applying it carefully while also recognising the nuances and potential loopholes that can make a real difference.
What stands out most is her combination of empathy and strength. She provides excellent guidance, advice, and support throughout, always ensuring I am fully informed and that nothing is ever done without my consent. At the same time, she deals with the other side’s legal team carefully but firmly, addressing every issue with precision and control.
I feel in safe hands — a truly exceptional solicitor and a highly professional, dedicated team.

My dealings with these solicitors was a bit unconventional as I did not use them for my divorce due to me trying to do it myself. I did use them when things got a technical and whenever I called up to speak to them I could usually get an appointment with my chosen solicitor (Daisy) within a couple of days. This was excellent and it calmed my nerves to the situation and was given great advice so I didn't need to panic with whatever the other side where throwing at me. Thank you.
