Just wanted to thank KJ Smith for being superb practice. What attracted me to this legal firm and especially Mrs Laura Gusatu was, that she took my request seriously and replied to me in 12 hours due to the nature of my case. Bear in mind, that she spent hours explaining to me in detail and advising me how to proceed with no charges it was all free. Mrs Laura gave me legal advice related to my query. Not the least, she was empathetic, showing her respect and consideration for me as a human being which makes such a difference to know someone is genuine and unbelievably supportive.
Mrs Laura Gusatu answered all my questions promptly and fully either by email or on the phone, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, with a very kind and understanding nature that helped no end through what was a stressful time. I was very impressed by the service at KJ Smith. Despite having a number of changes in my solicitors throughout my divorce the transitions were always smooth and I was reassured with the speed with which each solicitor became aware of the details of my case.
Matthew Thom helped me through the most important and trying stages of my case. I was continually kept abreast of all the options available to me and was also given good advice regarding the costs involved.
He was knowledgeable, yet sensitive when dealing with matters. Matthew too is very articulate and has a great sense of urgency when required. Most importantly though, he is an honest and approachable individual and clearly a great asset to K J Smith.
