I visited the Basingstoke family law office and met with Ellie Mason. I was very nervous, and dealing with sensitive family matters, which were hard to talk about. Ellie was so kind, really took the time to understand the context and asked emotionally intelligent, insightful questions, that helped us to quickly establish the best course of action. I couldn’t recommend her enough, and thank her for the empathy, support and thoughtfulness she displayed.

Eleanor Tanner and Bel Hester were phenomenal. Always answering any phone call and email promptly and fully with all the information and guidance I needed to make the decisions needed to whilst supporting me to navigate my divorce.

Jennifer Murray & Bel Hester @ KJ Smith's were very helpful and professional during my divorce. They didn't judge and were very supportive of the decisions I wanted to make. My calls & emails were always answered in a timely fashion and I was kept up-to-date with the progress which wasn't straight forward.
I was given the opportunity to complete some of the paperwork myself to keep my costs down which I thought was nice.
Yes, you can probably find a cheaper solicitor but like they say, 'You get what you pay for'. No hesitation in recommending this dynamic duo to assist.
Thanks for all you assistance, in a strange way I'm going to miss talking to you but I've got a life to get on with now!!!

I cannot recommend Bel Hester and Jennifer Murray at KJ Smith Solicitors highly enough. From the very beginning, their professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail were outstanding.
They guided me through every step of the process with clear, timely communication, ensuring I always felt informed and supported. Their expertise was evident, and their commitment to achieving the best outcome was unwavering.

Lizzie, Jennifer and the team have been incredibly helpful and professional throughout my case dealing with a complex child custody matter.
They always ensured I knew where we were at throughout the process and understood fully what was going on.
They gave everything they could to support me with my case and felt they had a personal interest, not just a business one which helped support me through a very difficult process.
