Excellent work by Ella Bone in creating a statutory declaration as foolishly I lost a 20+ year old document. The whole process was easy.
The gorgeous Georgian building has a couple of steps to the to the front which are no good for wheelchairs. With the building being grade 2 listed, they can't start knocking out steps and doorways to make them flat and bigger for disabled access. If you are expected and give the reception a call, they will let you in their side gate. It's still not the best solution for wheelchair access due to those narrow doorways and anything wider than a standard wheelchair will not get through.

Don't bother wasting your time emailing Sarah Scott the "client care director". She is not interested in what you have to say also lied to me saying they would follow up with an email. I would be embarrassed to have her working for me. Go above her to complain pointless getting her involved.
Stay away from this firm.
I bought a property 2.5 years ago. This firm acted for the seller, it has recently come to light that someone there did not complete the paperwork correctly meaning my property can't be registered.
They are obviously not bothered as it's taken months to get nowhere. Their communication with my solicitor has been pretty much non existent almost like they are trying to cover up their mistakes. The issues are still ongoing. Who knows when it will end if ever.
Another year on and they still haven't sorted the issues.
If any solicitors need to be struck off its the ones at this branch of WGA.
