We instructed Lauren Dilworth on the purchase of our first home on 6th November 2025 and due to her and the rest of the team’s efficiency and skill we collected the keys on 19th December 2025.

I had multiple people tell me to just go with the cheapest conveyancing quote on the basis that the process is always slow and stressful regardless of which solicitor you choose...I am so happy I ignored that advice because this firm was worth every single penny!

They actioned everything quickly, we never had to chase them for a response, everything was explained clearly, and there were no hidden or extra costs at the end.

Approaching completion day, we were definitely those annoying first-time buyers that called up constantly for updates (we were just way too excited😂), but everyone we spoke to always treated us well and took the time to speak with us.

I highly recommend been using richard Welton for my mums probate he puts your mind at ease. Only thing I will say is I don't think the people in the office talk cos once probate had finished I paid 700 off the bill I then got told dont pay anything till the hole thing has finished land registry I now get emails saying to pay the rest of the probate bill but got told not to pay till the end apart from that amazing service

I honestly can’t recommend WGA highly enough. Richard Welton handled my late mum’s probate for us and he was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. From the very beginning, he explained everything clearly and in a way we could actually understand, which made a really difficult time much easier to deal with. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also approachable and patient — no question ever felt like a silly one, and he always took the time to respond properly and promptly.
Because of the way he’s supported us, I’ll definitely be going back to Richard soon to sort out my our will.
